Access to clean water transforms lives.
The Millers Foundation funds and drills wells in communities without access to safe and clean water. Each well brings health, dignity, and hope to families by reducing waterborne diseases and improving quality of life. With 15 wells completed, we continue bringing clean water where it is needed most, transforming communities, one well at a time.
Child sponsorship
In Beira, Mozambique, our partner Missão África PIEIA connects sponsors directly with children who need support. For as little as $15 a month, you provide education, meals, healthcare, and mentorship to a child working toward a brighter future. Sponsorship isn't just financial, it's a relationship built on care and consistency, giving children stability and someone who believes in them. Across Mozambique, our sponsorship program is changing what's possible for hundreds of children and their families.
Community support
The Millers Foundation supports social projects that promote dignity and improve the quality of life for children, families, and vulnerable communities. Through partnerships with organizations and missionaries, we help provide food, school meals, education, social assistance, and child protection initiatives that create lasting impact and transform lives. Solidarity Christmas
Our annual Solidarity Christmas event mobilizes the community to bring joy, food, and hope to children and families in vulnerable situations. Every December, volunteers gather gifts, meals, and small comforts that many families could not otherwise afford, transforming a special day into a concrete gesture of care and dignity. For children who face hardship year round, this celebration offers a rare moment of happiness. It is more than a holiday tradition. It is a reminder that no family should feel forgotten, especially during christmas. We believe christmas time should be special to everyone.
Community Services
Through our Community Services program, the foundation carries out ongoing campaigns aimed at the local community, addressing needs that often go unmet. These initiatives include free medical care, guidance on regularizing important documents, and other efforts that increase access to essential services many families struggle to reach. Volunteers and partners work side by side, offering practical support in a welcoming, judgment free environment. This program exists because access to basic services should never depend on someone's income.
Solidarity Actions
Solidarity Actions reflect the foundation's commitment to strengthening community bonds through shared purpose and collective effort. We promote local social support campaigns and organize charity games that bring neighbors together while raising funds and awareness for our broader mission. These events mobilize volunteers, families, and local businesses alike, turning everyday moments into opportunities for meaningful impact. Beyond the games and gatherings themselves, Solidarity Actions build lasting connections between who gives and who receives.

Millers Foundation is headquartered in Falmouth, Massachusetts, but our work reaches far beyond the shores of Cape Cod. Across Northeast Brazil, Beira in Mozambique, and communities in Bolivia, we partner with local organizations to bring clean water, education, and hope to families who need it most. Each region shapes how we show up, but the mission stays the same.
In Brazil, we drill wells that bring lasting access to clean water. In Mozambique, our partnership with Missão África PIEIA connects sponsors directly with children in Beira. In Bolivia and in Venezuela, new partnerships are taking root as we expand our community support programs. Four countries, one shared belief: no family should ever be left behind.

THIS IS WHAT WE LOVE TO DO
The Monte Alegre transformation.
In the sertão of Piauí (Brazil), in the community of Monte Alegre, hope began to flow the moment a 60 meter deep artesian well broke ground. For years, families here lived with scarcity, watching the dry land offer little in return. The arrival of clean water changed that story overnight, bringing life, joy, and new possibilities to every household. Now, the next chapter is already taking shape. A community garden is being planned around the well, giving families a place to plant, harvest, and share fresh food together. What started as one well is becoming something bigger, a community holding hands.
