Returns

Eligibility Criteria

• You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Process

• Contact our customer service team at donation@millerspros.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
• Ship your item back to us.
• Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges

• If you require a different size, color, or alternative product, please initiate a return following the above guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

• Some items may not be eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons, perishable nature, or specific product restrictions. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

• Standard Shipping: For all orders under $1,000, the shipping will be calculated based on location and weight. Prices available at checkout.

  • International: Calculated based on location and dellivery company.

Shipping Carriers:

• We primarily use UPS and USPS for our shipments.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your package using the provided link.

International Shipping:

• International shipping is unavailable.

• We currently do not ship to Asia, Africa, South America, Antarctica, Europe, and Australia
